Partnership

One partnership. One warranty. One call.

Access.Energy and Ryse Energy work as a single team. Turbine supply, installation and lifetime operation and maintenance are all under one umbrella — so the former owner never has to chase separate contractors or warranties.

For former owners

We make it simple

After years of dealing with failed turbines, missed service visits and unreturned phone calls, the last thing an owner wants is another fragmented supply chain. Our partnership with Ryse Energy fixes that.

Every part of the project — from the G-11 head on the truck to the final bolt torque check and the decade of servicing that follows — is coordinated by Access.Energy. You deal with one company, one contract and one warranty.

  • Single point of contact for supply, install and O&M
  • Warranty covers the turbine and installation workmanship
  • No capital outlay or ongoing maintenance costs for the landowner
  • Remote monitoring and scheduled servicing handled entirely by our team

What is covered

Supply, install and operate.

Turbine supply

Ryse Energy manufactures the G-11, a 11 kW small wind turbine with over 30 years of proven performance across 1,000+ UK installs.

Installation

Ryse certified engineers handle head replacement, retrofit ladder and workbasket install, and grid connection. One team, one schedule.

O&M

Servicing, consumables, monitoring and insurance are covered for the full FiT term. If it breaks, we fix it. No invoices to the landowner.

Technology

The Ryse Energy G-11

The G-11 is an 11 kW horizontal-axis wind turbine designed for UK agricultural and small-commercial sites. It has been in continuous production and refinement for over three decades, with a track record of reliable output in coastal, upland and exposed rural locations.

We pair the G-11 head with the existing tower (subject to non-destructive testing) in most cases, avoiding unnecessary civil works and keeping the project footprint minimal. Where the tower is unsuitable, Ryse engineers specify a replacement as part of the same contract.

Lifetime care

Operations & maintenance

After commissioning, the asset is monitored remotely and serviced on a scheduled basis. Ryse engineers hold spare parts in the UK and can typically attend site within 48 hours if an alert is triggered. The service schedule includes:

  • Annual inspection, bolt torque checks and lubrication
  • Gearbox and generator condition monitoring
  • Remote SCADA monitoring with fault alerting
  • Consumables, wear parts and call-out labour included
  • Insurance and public liability arranged by Access.Energy

Find out if your site qualifies.

We will assess the tower, check FiT status and confirm G-11 suitability — at no cost.
